I bought these cute little lantern lights for my room. and once I turned them on they looked so colourful and bright I wanted to see what it would look if I photographed them.
After taking these photos it has really inspired me to look into light in art.
“The Body project” Still focusing on the body I created some Lino prints of a skull. I wanted to try out different colours to see what worked best.
I created this painting for the cancer ward up at my local hospital, they wanted something to brighten up the ward. So I made sure it was colourful, that is why I done the tree in different colours.

My work…Olympic Rings - Made out of wire
I am currently doing an Olympics themed project, based around water sports. As everyone knows the Olympic rings are a big symbol through the olympics, therefore when I took part in a wire workshop I decided to recreate the olympic rings as a wire sculpture.
On holiday this year I went to the lovely Isle of Wight and the campsite we stayed at let of fireworks every Friday, here is a photograph I took of one of the fireworks.
my final digital Olympic posters for the water sports outside of London (Weymouth and Eton Dorney)
These posters were made from my original black and white collagraph prints I created; which I made out of wire and pasta. Therefore all of black lines you can see have been created from my collagraph print which I then scanned in to the computer along with some backgrounds I created, then I used Photoshop to edit the print and add in colours from my own backgrounds.
